Job Description

Key challenges/specific functions:

  • Provide in-house IT support including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the server/storage/network devises, laptops, PCs etc
  • Provide help desk support and escalate problem identification, diagnosis and resolution with third party vendors.
  • Manage IT system infrastructure, maintain IT assets for hardware and software inventories and software licensing.
  • Maintain office network connectivity such as internet, wifi routers and network switches.
  • Configure and manage windows operating systems.
  • Collaborate with Australia IT support team to administer and maintain network domain user account and email administration.
  • Support the System/Network Administrator with management and deployment of application for Asia
  • Administer the backup and scheduled tasks for Singapore.
  • Maintain door access security systems.
  • Work with HR department for new staff issuance of laptops and conduct IT orientation.
  • Record keeping of damaged/ faulty parts IT assets and ensure consistent enforcement of company policies.
  • Provide regional support remotely in areas including but not limited to problem resolution of laptops & PCs, helpdesk support, configuration and managing windows operating systems and setting up of new laptops.
  • Complete all allocated tasks assigned by IT Engineer.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Diploma/Bachelor degree in areas of Information Technology or any related fields
  • Preferably 1-2 year of experience in IT helpdesk/support.
    Entry level candidates from local polytechnics are welcome to apply. 
  • Sound understanding of desktop environment and SOE’s
  • Sound understanding of windows client OS (Windows 10)
  • Sound understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Sound understanding of Microsoft Outlook
  • General understanding of ITIL framework and principles
  • Preferably with experience in Windows desktop and Windows Server operating systems
  • Possesses knowledge in security protection, Firewall and VPN
  • Good troubleshooting skills in PC, laptops and software drives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary & Other Benefits:

  • Salary : 2,500 to 3,500 SGD – Singapore Dollars / Month (1,38,000 to 1,98,000 INR Approx.)
