Job Description

An Abu Dhabi based restaurant management company is currently searching for an experienced and professional Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. Managing the day to day marketing activities of the organization and long-term marketing strategy for the company.
Experience of working as a marketing manager in the F&B or Hospitality sector will be an advantage.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, responsible, attentive to detail, logical thinking, with excellent leadership and communication skills
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
• Developing a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share but considers customer satisfaction.
• Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
• Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
• Identifying new customers.
• Developing each marketing campaign from start to finish.
• Researching demand for the organization’s products and services.
• Evaluating competitors.
• Handling social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing.
• Building brand awareness and positioning.
• Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy.
• Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
• Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
• Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
• Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
• Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
• Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
• Creating promotions with advertising managers.
• Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
• Ensures all paperwork is kept in meticulous order and correctly executed within the Branch, complying with all management information and reporting requests and in compliance with legal/regulatory standards/requests
• Ensure full compliance with the Company’s Confidentiality policy and Third Party Non Solicitation policy which prohibits the sharing or discussion of sensitive information and the earning of fees through third party channels not connected with the Company.
