Job Description

Primary responsibilities:

  • Handling customer inquiries coming to our email box
  • Assisting customers with returns
  • Assisting customers exchanges
  • Covering the online chat function of the site for live questions from customers
  • Responding to inbound voicemail/phone calls from customers.
  • Possibly fielding some of the responses to our social media accounts and posts and replies

Primary skills/work experience:

  • Effective, professional communications (written and verbal) is a must
  • Customer Service Experience preferred
  • Knowledge of shoes and fashion industry preferred
  • Self motivated, detail-oriented and social media savvy
  • Grammar and spelling is serious business
  • Must know when to make an exception to the rules
