The Role

You will be working in a training centre settings, working on the daily admin operations in the office as part of the team. Your responsibilities include managing administrative tasks and maintaining day to day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative backend support for training programs
  • Data entries into training management system
  • Handle calls and attend to learners and vendors.
  • Perform procurement, filing & maintain proper filing of documentations
  • Arrangement of tables and course materials
  • Tallying Reports
  • Any other duties when assigned.

Pre-requisites

  • GCE ‘O” level and above.
  • Proficient in PC skills, MS Office, email
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience
  • Detailed and meticulous
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to have team spirit and able to function in a team
  • Able to commit 5.5days (rotational morning or afternoon)
