You will be working in a training centre settings, working on the daily admin operations in the office as part of the team. Your responsibilities include managing administrative tasks and maintaining day to day operations.
- Provide administrative backend support for training programs
- Data entries into training management system
- Handle calls and attend to learners and vendors.
- Perform procurement, filing & maintain proper filing of documentations
- Arrangement of tables and course materials
- Tallying Reports
- Any other duties when assigned.
- GCE ‘O” level and above.
- Proficient in PC skills, MS Office, email
- Minimum 1 year of working experience
- Detailed and meticulous
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to have team spirit and able to function in a team
- Able to commit 5.5days (rotational morning or afternoon)
